Having recently purchased our first house and experiencing an array of disappointing, alarming and deflating interactions with mortgage brokers and banks in Nanaimo, we wish to recount and commend the above and beyond service provided by the Adam Hawryluck team.

They were by far the most prompt in Nanaimo, having explored 5 other options. In a hot market that mattered to us because as a result we were successful in getting our dream house even though there was competition right on our tail. If Adam wasn't there really pushing for us, or if there was a delay of any kind we likely would have been again very disappointed.

They were able to provide us with the best rate with multiple options along with the highest borrowing amount offered to us in Nanaimo. They seemed to take a genuine interest in what we were trying to achieve, as opposed to just acquiring another customer.
